The latest CAUSEBOX! This is probably my favorite subscription box and I've received all of them from the very beginning. It's a quarterly subscription box that's full of 5-8 socially conscious products for women, worth at least $150.00! Because it's my only quarterly subscription, it's my most anticipated box. I had only seen one spoiler item for this season, which I prefer, because I like most of it to be a surprise. For some reason, I tend to be one of the last subscribers to receive theirs every season so I always end up seeing pictures of the whole thing before I even get it :( |
This was the spoiler item I had seen before this box was released. I always love getting new mugs but I hate paying for them, so I was happy to see this included in the box. I also really have a weird thing about black mugs just like this. My plate set at home is black with a matte finish like this so it actually goes great with my own collection. I brought this one to work though because I only have 1 mug there already. I really like the font used for the text too. This design was made exclusively for CAUSEBOX subscribers. Firstly, I just want to reiterate how much I love subscription boxes for sending me products that I would never buy for myself. I'm so cheap when it comes to skincare products (which is probably why I have terrible skin) but I love getting to try out the fancy high quality stuff. This looks amazing, smells AMAZING and feels even better! This light-weight daily moisturizer is made from an emollient algae base and a blend of dermal proteins that protect against environmental damage. OSEA stands for ocean, sun, earth and atmosphere and everything they make is all-natural, non-toxic and their ingredients are safely, naturally, and sustainable harvested. I've used this day and night as directed for a few days now and it just feels sooo nice to use! At first, I thought that 2oz. wouldn't last that long, but you only need such a small amount that I think it will last a long time! |
I've never heard of this magazine before but people seem to love it! This magazine tells the stories of people who bring social change in their communities - from social justice advocates and entrepreneurs, to educators and artists. | Issue 04 is the latest one and CAUSEBOX subscribers are some of its first readers! |
The Giving Keys employs and provides opportunities for the homeless by training them to stamp the words on the keys! | I've seen The Giving Keys around for a long time, mostly because of Sevenly. I was never a huge fan of them and never really wanted to wear a key around my neck, but since it's included in this box and fits so well with the overall theme of this box I'm okay with it. I also really like the shape of the key I got! |
I really love this idea. 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys are sexually abused prior to the age of 18. The stitch kit is meant to allow you to sew an orange zig-zag onto any article of clothing which symbolizes your voice frequency. The idea is that by wearing the stitch, you become the voice that can help move the issue from a taboo to something children can speak up about. Speak Your Silence is CAUSEBOX's nonprofit partner this Spring so this is a perfect item to include in this box. Looks like I'll be doing some stitching tonight! I think this is really cool and the pop of color will look great too! |
I really enjoyed this season's box and I think the overall message was really well put together and curated. I like all the items and will get use out of all of them. The overall retail value was definitely there as well - coming in at just over $180.00! Very impressive box all around. This box was all about words, using them to bring hope, inspiration and empowerment. Head over to causebox.com to check them out and all the organizations you can help out by subscribing! Each quarter is $54.95 with FREE SHIPPING and $7.00 from every box goes straight to a charity of your choice! |
